Jet lag

We have spent 3 wonderful summer weeks in the U.S. visiting my husbands family and friends. When we came back, jet-lag hit us, and especially our little 16 months old son. We spent many nights awake ALL night with him, and were so tired that we didn't know what to do with ourselves.

After one of those sleepless nights, I took a little break and sat out under our apple tree.

I read a book, drank some tea and ate a blueberry muffin.

Last spring, I made this stool cover and I absolutely love it. I made the pattern up as I went along and I love the way it turned out. I used some left over yarn from a project years ago. I bought the yarn in Jordan in a joint yarn and perfume shop and the yarn had the loveliest smell.

One day when I have the time, I will write the pattern down and share it with you, but for now you'll have to make do with the pictures.

It is perfect to use as a table on warm summer mornings.

We came back to a garden that was in full bloom. It was lovely.

Love this time of year, I wish it would last longer.
