I had some studying to catch up on today so I stayed home from church. I went for a lovely walk with my 2 year old. We picked some flowers and then made cat sounds all the way home. After I put him down for a nap I studied for a while but just had to take a break and look at some of the work I've done the past few weeks.
I have been working on some new wash cloths. Patterns will follow.
We've also had a birthday party for our lovely 8 year old Elina. One of our birthday traditions is to make a breakfast tray and sing to them in the morning. It is always appreciated and it's so much fun watching them pretend to sleep when they woke up hours earlier. The birthday party had a My Little Pony theme and we had rainbow cupcakes and nail painting stations and fun was had by all.
I can't believe my little girl is 8! Where did the time go?
